KSU @ Oklahoma State

KSU was facing off against a disappointing Oklahoma State team as a -11.5 road favorite Friday night.  The Wildcats already have one loss under their belt and it was a bit of an upset versus Mizzou (+3).  They are currently 3-1 Straight Up and Against The Spread.  The Cowboys come into this game with a disappointing 2-2 record and one cover.

75% of the cash was coming in on the KSU spread though the money wasn't significant as of Friday morning at around $150,000.  The line has moved between 11 and 12.

Last year, Kansas State shut out the Cowboys 48-0.  Prior to that game, OSU had won the three prior matchups.

Week 3 Action vs. Mizzou

KSU Wildcats entered this game on the road against Missouri as a -4.5 to -3.5 favorite.  KSU was rated No. 11 on Sagarin (85.99) while Missouri was coming in at No. 73 (69.54) plus the 2.24 home field advantage, resulting in an actual line of -14.21 for an underlay of 10 to 11 points that should favor KSU and we had them as our play.

Missouri would go on to win this game.  Here are some important action and line movements that are now archived.

Action was remarkably balanced when this line closed at KSU -3.5.  BetOnline opened earlier in the week at -5 and closed at -3.5. Bookmaker opened at -5 and closed at -3.   This line movement was obviously more of an enticement to bet the favorite (Wildcats) who would go on to lose.
