Dana White announced UFC 310 will be headlined by Belal Muhammad v Shavkat Rakhmonov while Nick Diaz returns to the Octagon.

BetOnline released odds on Muhammad v Rakhmonov back in June with Muhammad +235 and Rakhmonov -275.  Those odds are subject to change and will be updated here.

Muhammad will be defending his UFC welterweight championship against the unbeaten Rakhmonov.

"Our shop opened Rakhmonov as a -225 favorite (Belal +190), but the action has pushed him up to even higher chalk," BetOnline told Gambling911.com this past summer.

Muhammad's manager, Ali Abdelaziz, said the fighter is prepared to conquer anyone in December.

“Belal is ready to go in December. No problem. We’re ready to go, but the UFC has to announce. I can’t be announcing a fight on your podcast. Most likely you’re going to see for sure Belal in December. Against who, where, and when, this is a Dana White question. It can be Shavkat Rakhmonov. It can be Kamaru Usman. It can be whatever the UFC wants. I said if you’re the champ, you have to defend the title against whoever they’re going to give you. It doesn’t matter who.”

Also on tap, Alexandre Pantoja will take on Kai Asakura for the flyweight title. Diaz will go up against Vicente Luque.

A pivotal heavyweight clash between Ciryl Gane and Alexander Volkov will also feature.

This one is scheduled for December 7 in Las Vegas, live on TNT Sports and discovery+.

Hawaii Senate Committee Advances Digital Sports Betting Bill

Hawaii, one of the few remaining states without legalized gambling, has taken a significant step toward changing that status. A digital sports betting bill has advanced through a key Senate committee, indicating growing legislative interest in expanding the state's gaming options. The proposed measure would permit online sports wagering while prohibiting physical betting establishments, keeping Hawaii in the digital-only realm of gambling regulation.
