Following Sunday's Super Bowl we have a number of NBA games on tap for Monday.

Bulls @ Hawks

The Bulls are in 9th place in the East and the Hawks are in 10th, trailing Chicago by only one game.  Atlanta has won six of their last eight games.

We have a very slight overlay in this one with Atlanta a -3.5 favorite.

Knicks @ Rockets

There is still a bit of a concern that the Knicks are not 100 percent healthy coming into this game.  They've beaten the Rockets in their last eight meetings but there is also a 2-point overlay here with the line at -4.5 Knicks.

Favorites that opened -4 to -4.5 went 8-0 last week Against The Spread.

Nuggets @ Bucks

Milwaukee is missing Kris Middleton, which might explain why the wrong team (Denver) is favored here at -1.  We get a number of Bucks -2.

Denver has won six of the last nine games in this series.

Warriors @ Jazz

The Warriors are a -1 favorite in this one and that number is On The Money.  Golden State has been getting hot of late, winning six of their last seven.

Timberwolves @ Clippers

The T'Wolves have won five of the last six in this series.

The Clippers are a -4.5 favorite here and we are detecting a 2-point overlay, however, The Timberwolves may want to overlook this game as it's the middle of a road trip with Portland on tap tomorrow night and they'll play that team a second time two nights later.

Sixers? Knicks? Who Can Challenge Boston in the East this Season?

As the new NBA season gets underway, there is most certainly a sense that the Boston Celtics are the team to beat once again. The 18-time champions really took an “if it’s not broken, don’t try to fix it” policy in the offseason, and it’s hard to argue with the tactic.
