2025 NBA Series Lines Reflect Lopsided Competition in Early Round

The first weekend of the NBA Playoffs saw exactly one competitive game. One!!!

The Clippers/Nuggets was the most compelling opening game and it was the closest in terms of odds. The Nuggets won in OT by a bucket and now are once again favorites in that series.

Here are the margins of victory for the other games (in order of when they played): 19, 11, 22, 51, 17, 21 and 10.

Not compelling at all. Let’s hope the second game in these series are more competitive.
