We're exactly two months away from the first Sunday of the 2025 NFL regular season, and optimism is high across every camp this summer.

Last summer, head coach firing odds were first released in July. Robert Saleh was the favorite to be canned first, but one month later Dennis Allen had the best odds.

Oddsmakers were spot on as those were the first two coaches axed in 2024 (Saleh, Oct. 9 and Allen, Nov. 4).

SportsBetting.ag has rolled out its annual, and often accurate, list again this morning. A coach who found himself in the top position on this board regularly last season, is the favorite going into this season.

Mike McDaniel, who had 33/1 odds at this time last year, is second on the board. Shane Steichen, Kevin Stefanski and Jonathan Gannon round out the Top 5 below.

Who are the coaches with the best job security according to the numbers...Andy Reid and Nick Siriani, of course.
