The New York Giants are quite possibly the worst team in the NFL right now.

How bad?  16.5 home dogs facing off against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.

We took a quick peak at the Sagarin Ratings to determine if this number was even remotely accurate.  These are the types of spreads we mostly see in college football, not the NFL.

Sagarin gives us a number of Baltimore -11.22.  There is a lot of wiggle room to work with if you dare to back the Giants.

90 percent of the gambling public is convinced the Ravens can cover this 16.5 point spread.

The Giants have lost eight straight games.

You'd be forgiven if you didn't know New York has actually played four of their last five games pretty close.  All but one of their last five were lost by a touchdown or less.

The Giants have failed to cover the spread in all but one of their last eight games, having covered last week against New Orleans.

New York is very banged up with Tommy DeVito replacing the injured Drew Lock in the Giants' latest quarterback switch.

The Ravens are not taking Sunday's game lightly.

“The challenge is playing the team that we’re playing, and this team has really good players, and this team has a lot of motivation to play well,” Ravens coach John Harbaugh said. “They’re going to be motivated to win the game. That's the way it is in the National Football League. There’s no difficulty in getting ready for a team.”
