Another day, another loss for the Dallas Cowboys as head coach Mike McCarthy is looking more and more likely to have his head on the chopping block next.

McCarthy was offering a payout as much as $600 for every $100 bet last week.  Those odds are expected to be cut in half this week at BetOnline.

Chicago Bears head coach Matt Eberflus is certainly in the mix as well following a heartbreaking one-point loss at home to the Green Bay Packers.

For his part, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones doesn't seem ready to pull the trigger on McCarthy just yet following a 34-10  loss to the Houston Texans Monday night.

"We won one game my first year," Jones said after that game. "One. And so have we had rough seasons? Yes. Yeah, I've been around. Certainly we have. And we've had other tough years. And this one, we didn't anticipate the record. And the way we're playing right now, we wouldn't have anticipated that. But, not, this isn't -- y'all have heard me tell these old stories until you're sick -- but not, you stay in this league long enough, you'll have times like this."
