Patriots vs. Bucs Anytime Touchdown Scorer Prop Bet: Rachaad White, Emeka Egbuka, TreVeyon Henderson
Two teams playing solid football this season - New England and Tampa - meet on Sunday with the Bucs a -2.5 home favorite. This one had balanced action. Anytime and first touchdown prop bets are available for this game at BetUS, now celebrating 32 years in business.
Rachaad White was priced at -115 to score a touchdown in this game.
White rushed 13 times for 35 yards in the Buccaneers’ Week 8 win over the Saints, adding two receptions for 26 yards.
From NBC Edge:
The Buccaneers featured both running backs on their second drive, seemingly setting up one of them for an eventual end zone plunge. The drive ended in disaster, though. The Buccaneers’ offense matriculated the ball down to the Saints’ one-yard line, where White (three times) and Tucker (twice) were both stuffed for no gain on five straight plays despite being given the extra, fifth chance by the Saints defense via a neutral zone infraction. White looked good navigating traffic via a 17-yard screen pass reception on the Buccaneers’ fifth drive, but he was never able to make up for the lost points. The Buccaneers are on bye in Week 9 and face the Patriots in Week 10. White’s starting viability hinges upon RB Bucky Irving’s (foot/shoulder) health.
Emeka Egbuka caught 3-of-9 targets for 35 yards in the Buccaneers’ Week 8 win over the Saints.
He pays even odds to score a touchdown on Sunday.
Egbuka and QB Baker Mayfield seemingly could not get their timing right in this one. Egbuka’s nine targets were three more than the next closest Buccaneer, so the workload was not an issue. The rookie had two end zone targets, one of which he should have secured. The first occurred on a short play-action play in scoring position. Saints CB Kool-Aid McKinstry simply made a good play on the ball and batted it down. The second one was a heartbreaker. Egbuka shot past his coverage defender on the seventh drive and QB Baker Mayfield let it rip from 34 yards out. Unfortunately, the Saints DB was able to catch up by the time the ball arrived and Egbuka let the contested catch bounce out of his hands. The Buccaneers are on bye in Week 9. He is a WR1 against the Patriots in Week 10.
TreVeyon Henderson pays $140 for every $100 bet to score a touchdown.
Henderson rushed 14 times for 55 yards in the Patriots’ Week 9 win over the Falcons, adding four catches for 32 yards.
