The line on the Vikings-Lions game opened at -3 Detroit at BetOnline but immediately moved to -2.  They had since moved back up to Lions -2.5 as of Tuesday morning.

That actually occurred within four minutes and it's an indication that the sharps pounded Minnesota at +3.

Detroit plays Minnesota in the regular-season finale next week, with the winner earning the NFC North title and top seed in the NFC playoffs, and the loser relegated to being the first 14-win wild-card team in NFL history.

Let's take a look at some of the early line movements at various books below.

DraftKings - This U.S. regulated sportsbook does not tolerate sharp action but they're still among the first to post a line.  Their number hasn't moved off the 2.5 since opening on Sunday, well before the Lions victory over San Francisco Monday night.

Circa - One of the sharpest books on the planet and one that accommodates sharp action.  They opened the line at Detroit -3 Sunday but hadn't dropped to -2.5 until Monday.

Bookmaker - Bookmaker was once known as the sportsbook "where the line originates", just not with this game as they opened the line Tuesday morning shortly after 8:30 am at Detroit -2.5.

Pinnacle - Pinnacle is also sharp as they come but we had yet to see a line posted on this game as of Tuesday morning.

FanDuel - They were holding the line at Detroit -2.5 since opening the number shortly after 1 pm Monday.

Bet365 - They offered the Lions at -3 for a good four hours Monday afternoon prior to dropping to -2.5.
