A turbulent season with the Denver Nuggets, just two NBA seasons after winning the franchise’s first-ever league title. Denver in 2024-25 hasn’t been awful but hasn’t sniffed the runaway Oklahoma City Thunder in the Northwest Division of the NBA standings.

The final days of the regular season saw the Nuggets with the possibility of reaching 50 wins (third season in a row), so not all that bad here. It’s been a season of inconsistency in their NBA schedule, however, which dropped Denver to about 20-1 (+2000) in odds to win the title in 2025.

He is thus poised to become just the third player ever to average a triple-double in a season, a rare fraternity with Oscar Robertson and Russell Westbrook, who’s done it four times.
