A representative from Sitrick And Company advised:

Ted Forstmann is chairman and CEO of IMG Worldwide, which is a global  entertainment, sports and media company. He is not an agent or manager for  Tiger Woods or Roger Federer or any other IMG athlete. In the case of Roger  Federer, for example, his agent is Tony Godsick, Senior Vice President at IMG  Tennis.

I think it is also important for you to know that, while IMG is a large company with nearly 3,000 employees in 30 countries, only 5% of IMG’s profits come from the sports agency business.  Mr. Forstmann heads up this vast, international company.

A printing company, Agate Printing, filed the suit in Los Angeles claiming that it has served as a gambling go-between for Forstmann.   It also claims to have provided escorts for the IMG Worldwide CEO.

Forstmann is alleged to have raised his bet from $10,000 to $40,000 after receiving the said “insider information” according to the suit.  The match in question reportedly was the 2006 French Open final in which Federer lost to Rafael Nadal.  – Jagajeet Chiba, Gambling911.com
