Gambling911.com’s 2010 Week 15 NFL Power Rankings are based on the latest odds for each team to win the 2011 Super Bowl.  The ( ) indicates last week’s ranking.

For the first time in a long time, a team has managed to recapture the number one spot for a second consecutive week.  The oddsmakers believe strongly that the New England Patriots have the best chance of winning the 2011 Super Bowl and have shortened their odds to near 2/1.  These are the shortest odds we have seen all season.  Up until three weeks ago, the shortest odds of winning the Super Bowl were listed at 7/1.

The top 3 ranked teams hold onto their positions.

The value future of the week might very well be the New Orleans Saints at 10/1 should they beat Baltimore.  The payout for a repeat Super Bowl win would be $1000 for every $100 bet.  So much for that so-called Super Bowl hangover.

The San Diego Chargers re-enter the Top 10 at number 6 as they continue a late minute charge so to speak.

The New York Jets drop out of the top 10 NFL Power Rankings for Week 15 with Indianapolis just nudging in.  New York currently had odds of 23/1 to win the 2011 Super Bowl.

Below are all of this week’s power rankings.

*1 - New England Patriots (1) – Now pay just better than 2/1 odds at $230 for every $100 bet.

*2 - Atlanta Falcons (2) – Pay $600 for every $100 bet.

*3 - Pittsburgh Steelers (3) – Pay $600 for every $100 bet.

*4 - Philadelphia Eagles (4) – Pay $800 for every $100 bet.

*5 - New Orleans Saints (6) – Pay $1000 for every $100 bet.

*6 – San Diego Chargers (N) – Pay $1200 for every $100 bet.

*7 – New York Giants (9) – Pay $1300

*8 – Baltimore Ravens (7) – Pay $1500

*9 – Green Bay Packers (4) – Pay $1800

*10 – Indianapolis Colts (N) – Pay $2000
