The Bulls-Knicks Christmas Day game line has been released by our good friends at Bookmaker.com.  This is the first of a blockbuster series of five games being played Christmas Day and starts at 12 pm EST.  It was too early to determine whether the spread would move prior to game time as the line had only just been posted.

The Knicks opened as 1.5 point favorites at home against the Bulls.

The Bulls have won 4 of the last 6 in this series.

The online sportsbooks were banking on a 30 percent plus ratings boost across the board for the NBA and a slate of marquee games taking place on Christmas Day to help generate additional revenue.

Some important Bulls-Knicks trends to consider before betting on this game:

The Bulls are 4-0 Against The Spread in their last 4 games vs. the Eastern Conference.

Chicago is 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games as a road underdog of 0.5 to 4.5.  The Knicks have a similar record, 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games as a favorite of 0.5-4.5.

The Bulls are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games following a S.U. win.  The Knicks are 13-3 ATS in their last 16 games following an S.U. win.

The Bulls have been solid against the NBA Atlantic, going 10-3 ATS.

The Bulls are 13-6 ATS in their last 19 Saturday games.  The Knicks, on the other hand, are just 5-11-1 ATS in their last 17 Saturday games.

The Knicks are 15-4 ATS in their last 19 games overall.
