The second day of this weekend’s NFL Divisional Playoffs features a team few thought would still be around, and a classic AFC battle that’s had no shortage of lead-up trash talk.

The Seattle Seahawks, the only team with a losing record to win an NFL division title, face the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field in the first game Sunday (1 pm ET, FOX).

NFL Odds at betED.com have the Bears as a 10-point, -470 moneyline favorite, with the over/under total at 41.

Seattle was also a 10-point underdog against the defending Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints, but covered with a 41-36 home win in an NFC Wild Card game last Saturday.

Chicago had a bye last week, but lost 10-3 in their season finale against NFC North rival Green Bay Packers on Jan. 2. The Bears covered as an 11.5-point road underdog.

Seattle went 7-9 SU and ATS during the regular season and Chicago was 11-5 SU and 9-6-1 ATS.

The second clash Sunday is the most hyped game of the four divisional tilts this weekend, as fierce AFC East rivals the New York Jets and the New England Patriots battle at Gillette Stadium (4:30 pm ET, CBS).

NFL Betting Odds have the Patriots as 9-point, -400 moneyline favorites and the total at 45.

New York scored a small upset with a 17-16 win over the Indianapolis Colts in an AFC Wild Card game last Saturday. The Jets cashed as a 2-point underdog and the score was under the total of 44.

New England had a bye, and pasted the Miami Dolphins 38-7 at home in their season finale. The Patriots covered as a 4-point favorite and the score was over the total of 44.5.

New York is 11-5 SU, 9-7 ATS and New England is 14-2 SU, 10-5-1 ATS.

Fantasy Rankings Are Now Part of NFL Betting

NFL betting used to be built mostly around teams. Bettors looked at spreads, totals, moneylines, injuries, weather and coaching matchups. Those pieces are still there, but the modern football betting board is much more player-driven than it used to be.
