Super Bowl XLV prop bets galore await your nervous and excited fingertips at BetUS, and Damon D uses his forum at BetCenter to help you wade through the myriad of betting delights. Before he helps you make some picks, he’s got a bone to pick.

Check out who Damon is kind of (sort of) (not really) feuding with these days:

Now I love homers as much as the next guy, and I’ve always said that if you have a soap box, you should just use it. Super Bowl XLV isn’t about Big Ben, Aaron Rodgers, Damon’s Patriots, the other teams not in the Super Bowl or anything else for the sports betting community.

It’s about making money.

The Super Bowl has always generated the most action of any single game in online sports betting for the simple reason that it creates more prop bets than any other game. The game itself always generates a ton of action because – well – it’s the Super Bowl. But the other reason cash starts flowing in every direction is because of the Super Bowl prop bets.

What is a prop bet, you ask? Well it’s short for “proposition bet”, and is essentially the kind of betting that you’ve casually done with friends your entire life. At Super Bowl XLV you can bet on things like the coin flip coming up heads or tails, or the color of Gatorade being dumped on the winning head coach.

You can even make Super Bowl XLV prop bets on whether or not Christina Aguilera will belt out an extra long version of the national anthem or if she’lll keep things nice and tidy so we can get to the actual game.

It gets better – and by “better” I mean “way more ridiculous”. You can actually make a Super Bowl XLV prop bet on who the MVP thanks first when he’s awarded the honor. Obviously, God leads the way with +150 odds in that one. Teammates are right behind with +200.

You can make Super Bowl XLV prop bets on anything in the game or happening around the game. If you’re thirsting for a bit of action after the Pro Bowl blowout, there’s no better way to start  feeding that appetite than by glancing over the juicy Super Bowl XLV prop bets you’re going to make leading up to Sunday’s big game.
