Talk about the importance of keeping top customers!

Ladbrokes is blaming a single member of an unnamed Asian royal family for its $91 million loss  in profits this past year.

The United Kingdom’s largest bookmaker claims that this individual simply stopped betting with the firm.

“I suppose it is akin to companies losing major clients,” suggested Gambling911.com’s Payton O’Brien.

But $91 million?  And we are not talking about business clients here, we are talking about someone who was presumably gambling around $91 million per year.

According to the London Telegraph, this person is said to have spent the year paying off enormous debts.

Maybe he is back.

Ladbrokes managed to make $7 million in operating profits so far this year.
