Race for $65,000 at DoylesRoom.com Heats Up with One Week to Go
February may be the shortest month of the year, but that hasn’t caused DoylesRoom.com to scale back its larger-than-life prize pool for dedicated poker players. The online poker home of poker legend Doyle Brunson is giving away $65,000 at the end of the month to their top online poker players. The first place winner will enjoy a $7,500 cash prize.
To win, online poker players need to keep playing at the real money cash tables to earn points. The more rake a player generates, the more points they’ll collect and the higher they’ll move on the Race to the Top Leader Board.
At the end of February, DoylesRoom.com will pay the top 350 players who earn the most Leader Board Points a total of $65,000. The player who earns the most points will win $7,500 in cash.
AnthonyDSI has taken the lead from Penny00, who had held the lead for a few weeks. But with one week to go and about 1,000 points separating the two players, it could be anyone’s game. In fact, with so many opportunities to earn points over the next week, a come-from-behind winner could race to the top of the leaderboard in the final hour.
The contest is designed so new DoylesRoom.com players and longtime players have an equal chance of winning. Existing players who already play at the cash tables are automatically a part of the contest.
