The Arizona-Connecticut line has been released with the UConn Huskies a -2.5 point favorite.  Arizona was getting around 60 percent of the spread action at BetUS.com

Kember Walker and the gang led Connecticut to victory Thursday night with a 74-67 win over San Diego State.  Walker scored 36 points.

"I'm just trying to do the best I can do," said Walker, who scored 12 straight points for UConn in the final minutes. "Whether it's scoring, talking, getting their confidence up or giving an assist, I'm just trying to do whatever is possible to enhance this team."

Freshman Jeremy Lamb added a season-high 24 points.

"I've never been in an environment like this," said Lamb, perfect on three 3-pointers. "Kemba hit some big shots, I hit some big shots, and we were able to pull it out. They had a lot of fans. I've never played in a game like it."

Connecticut entered that game as a 1-point favorite.  With the win, Connecticut advances to the Elite Eight for the first time since 2009 after earning its first win in the Sweet 16 as the lower seed.

Arizona will come into the Elite Eight as the David knocking off mighty Goliath (number one-seeded Duke).   And Arizona absolutely manhandled the Blue Devils.

Derrick Williams had 32 points to lead the Wildcats to victory.

"As a team, we came together and willed ourselves to win," said Lamont Jones, who added 16 points. "Derrick is a great player, but we all contribute."

Arizona's 93 points were the most allowed by Duke in the NCAA tournament since Providence beat the Blue Devils 98-87 in 1997.

"The way they played in the second half, they should win it all," Duke’s Nolan Smith said. "Williams is a monster. They hit us full force, and kept hitting. They did everything right, and we did a ton of things wrong."
