Off-the-court distractions could have a short term effect on Lebron James play with news that his mom was arrested in Miami Beach for allegedly slapping a valet parker and his Rabbi is reportedly linked to pornography while facing a foreclosure.
In the later situation, James apparently gave Rabbi Yoshiyahu Yosef Pinto a six-figure check to stop the foreclosure.

Ben Zion Suky the right hand man of Pinto, who arranged the Lebron meeting is linked today to a bootleg porn video operation – and Suky and the Rabbi’s wife, Debora Rivka Pinto, together purchased an NYC apartment for nearly $1 Million. Ben Suky was present at the Lebron meeting and as he stated is next to Pinto “all the time.”
Previous articles revealed that Pinto’s $6.5 million Manhattan townhouse is facing foreclosure, the organization raises $50 to $60 Million and could only name 3 employees, and former donors to the organization claim that associates of the group employed insistent and unusual fundraising tactics.
Perhaps that six-figure check is just a drop in the bucket for Lebron but news of his mom’s arrest can’t bode well for the NBA elite player’s mindset.
Gloria James was charged Thursday with assaulting a valet driver at the Fountainbleu Hotel in Miami Beach after she accused him of taking too long to deliver her SUV.
Police said Gloria James had a strong odor of alcohol on her breath and her eyes were bloodshot when officers arrived at the hotel about 4:47 a.m.
"It's a sensitive subject," LeBron James said after the Heat practiced Thursday afternoon. "It's a personal matter. It's being taken care of."
"You have to move forward," the NBA's two-time reigning MVP said. "It is my life and there's certain things you have to deal with. You try not to let it be a distraction. I have a job to do, still."
