Long hovering around the number 9 and 10 spot among the world's top online poker rooms in terms of real cash players, UltimateBet.com finds itself this week in the number 8 spot and fighting for the number 7 spot with Boss Media.

In the US, UltimateBet.com is easily the third most popular online poker room, though the trail significantly behind PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker, the number one and number two online poker rooms in the world, respectively.

UltimateBet also appears to have fought off Cake Poker, which was making significant strides in recent weeks.
