The prediction market of intrade.com has Donald Trump’s chance of announcing he is running for US President at 50/50, which are far better odds than the zero percent chance suggested by the pundits on MSNBC.

And while Trump’s odds of making a run for the Presidency are still pretty good, his chances of winning the GOP nomination have dwindled from around 7 percent to the current 4 percent.

NBC has just announced the fall return of Celebrity Apprentice.  Network execs say the Donald will be replaced should he elect to run.

“It's such a strong franchise, not to minimize his presence in it because we love him,” network President Robert Greenblatt said.  'But I really do think it's all about the casting of that show and the challenges and if he's not available to us, we're going to have someone really interesting sitting at the head of that boardroom.'
