Victory Poker has become the latest casualty of April 15’s “Black Friday” in the world of online poker.  That is the day that three of the world’s largest Internet poker sites were indicted in the USA.

Victory immediately pulled out of the US market.  It has since transferred all remaining customers to the Cake Poker Network, where the room operated as a “skin”.  The online poker room has struggled over the past years, transferring to three different networks over a 12 month period.

Victory will now act as an affiliate marketing venture, according to reports.

"The brand will continue doing strategy, news (and) videos as an affiliate site," founder Dan Fleyshman posted on his Facebook page. "I will be focusing much more on my upcoming charity, consulting other companies and helping with Victory marketing."

PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker and Absolute Poker, all three of which were indicted, had moved out of the US marketing last month.
