Lock Poker Signs Chris Moorman and Nicky Evans as LockPRO Army Grows

Chris Moorman began playing poker in 2004. Taking 2nd place in his first ever tournament, a freeroll, Chris never actually deposited turning $120 into nearly $20,000. In his first Sunday major in 2006, Chris made the final table, and this is where the poker career of Moorman1 truly began. By January 2007, focusing exclusively on MTT's, he cracked the prestigious Top 100 on Pocket5's. This splash was just his entrance, as he went on to dominate with over 200 MTT wins in the biggest tournaments across every online site. By 2009, these wins were sufficient to propel him to the #1 spot and legendary status earning over $7,500,000 along the way. He holds the record for 9 P5's Triple Crowns!!! In 2011 Chris showed his talents expand well beyond the virtual felt, final tabling the Aussie Millions and his dominating WSOP performance leaves him in 4th place in POY entering WSOPE cementing his place as a unique talent in the poker world.

Nicky "Cod Meharly" Evans had a rather inauspicious start to his poker career in 2006. "Back then I played small home games and low stakes rebuys at the local casino. Like any beginner I took my lumps but it wasn't until losing to my girlfriend that my competitive side really came out. I read some books and began discussing hands with friends; I started taking it a bit more seriously," explained Nicky. Once that fire was lit, Evans became a regular winner racking up over $100,000 in earnings within a year. In 2009, Nicky felt comfortable enough to turn to full-time professional poker. Since then, he has racked up over $1,100,000 in live and online earnings, attained the rank of 59th on the prestigious Pocket5's online leader board, and given his current form is looking to make a press at the Top 10.
