The Alderney Gambling Control Commission has adjourned after asking Full Tilt Poker a series of questions during a private hearing.  They were reviewing their options whether or not to reinstate Full Tilt Poker’s license.

Alderney pulled the license after questions arose regarding FTP’s solvency and ability to pay out customers.  The company has not paid US citizens since its co-founders were indicted by the US Justice Department on April 15.  The two co-founders were charged with money laundering and bank fraud.  Players around the world have not been paid since the license was yanked on June 29.

Full Tilt Poker attorneys requested a private hearing, which was granted by the AGCC early Tuesday.
