UFC 133 Ortiz vs. Evans betting odds had Rashad Evans as a gigantic favorite of up to -500 at some online sportsbooks while Tito Ortiz would pay out $325 for every $100 bet at BetOnline.com.

The folks from BetOnline.com suggest taking the big price tag on Evans.

UFC betting odds have Evans as a massive -450 favorite in this rematch of former 205-pound champions, while Ortiz is rated at +325, but you have to remember that Ortiz had the upper hand in their July 2007 meeting and the fight was only ruled a draw because Ortiz was penalized a point for docking the fence. However, you also have to give Evans credit for hanging with Ortiz in what was the biggest fight of his career at the time.

However, Evans has improved a lot since that fight, while Ortiz is on his way out and while he is tough enough to allow this fight to go the distance, look for Evans to do what he normally does: control the fight with his wrestling, and he’ll be motivated to face either Jones or Jackson, his main rivals in the UFC. Take Rashad “Suga” Evans in your sports betting picks.
