Two attorneys representing eight of the Full Tilt Poker team pros in a class action lawsuit have reportedly filed a motion for leave to withdraw as attorneys of record with the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Jeff Ifrah, who in recent days has been especially active on posting forums discussing the Full Tilt Poker situation, and David Deitch both filed the request this week, according to eGaming Review.

The two attorneys previously filed a motion to dismiss the eight pros from the class action lawsuit.

That lawsuit, filed on behalf of players, contends that Full Tilt Poker has yet to pay back monies owed since an April 15 indictment against the company’s two co-founders on charges of money laundering and bank fraud.  FTP is yet to pay back any US players since that time.  Their license to operate globally was pulled on June 29 and they remain delinquent paying all customers.

Ifrah advised that he will continue to represent Full Tilt Poker CEO Raymond Bitar in separate matters.
