While most of the online sportsbooks have pulled the line on the Colts-Texans game, those that have kept it up were fluctuating wildly on news that Indianapolis starting quarterback Peyton Manning is in the process of being re-evaluated following his offseason neck surgery and may not play in Week 1.

Some books offered a line of -3 on Houston while others were all the way up to -8.5.

Manning has started 227 consecutive games, including the playoffs, the second-longest streak in NFL history for quarterbacks behind Brett Favre.  That streak could come to an abrupt end this week.

Kerry Collins has been brought out of retirement as an insurance policy just in case Manning is unable to start Sunday.
