Sportsbook.com has released updated odds on the next US President with just over a year until the highly anticipated elections.  (see all Elections odds here under EXOTICS)

North America’s biggest online sportsbook in terms of overall volume anticipates heavy betting action over the next few months that will help to adjust these odds further.

For now, Barack Obama is the even favorite but Republican challenger Mitt Romney remains close with 2/1 odds.

Rick Perry remains strong in the polls, however, many pundits believe he is beginning to flounder a golden opportunity and, likewise, the oddsmakers have reacted by assigning him a 4/1 future price.

Sportsbook.com has been offering political betting odds since coming online in 1996.
