The Chiefs-Colts line opened at -1 and some books were pushing this up to -2.5 heading closer to the weekend.  75 percent of those betting the spread were backing Indianapolis.

Curtis Painter replaced Kerry Collins as quarterback, completing 13 of 30 passes for 281 yards and two touchdowns Monday, but he struggled in the fourth quarter, going 4 of 10 for 56 yards while getting sacked three times as the Buccaneers went ahead.

"He did the things we asked him to do," Head coach Jim Caldwell said. "He had some bright spots, but we'll see how things go in the next day or so."

The Payton Manning-less Colts will come into this game 0-4 while the Chiefs magaged to pull off their first win of the season last week.

The Chiefs are 2-8 Against The Spread in their last 10 vs. AFC.
The Colts are 1-5-1 ATS in their last 7 games as a favorite of 0.5-3.0.
