It is time to look at the San Francisco 49ers odds to win the 2012 Super Bowl following their impressive win on the road in Buffalo on Sunday.  The 49ers are now 5-1 following the 25-19 win over Detroit, handing the Lions their first loss of the season.  San Francisco’s odds of winning the 2012 Super Bowl were at 19-1 entering the season and were bound to be at least cut in half come Tuesday at Sportsbook.com once updated

Alex Smith’s touchdown pass with 1:51 left in the game helped seal the deal for San Francisco.

Smith was 17 of 32 for 125 yards while Frank Gore capitalized on the Lions' aggressive line, rushing for 138 of his 141 yards.

The 49ers only loss this season was at home to the Dallas Cowboys in a Week 2 overtime heartbreaker.
