Panthers Lions Spread

The Panthers Lions spread opened at -6.5 and has only moved up a half point at some online sportsbooks and in Vegas.  Around 65 percent of those betting the spread were backing Detroit here.  You can bet this game at BetDSI.com, in business since 1997.  Mobile wagering and live in-progress betting available.  Get 5 percent back on your losses from November 21 through the Thanksgiving Day weekend (starting with the Monday Night game and ending November 28).  Use bonus code GAMBLING911.

Detroit has dropped three of their last four games and are now 6-3 after an impressive start to the season (still a very solid record they can build on).

Carolina is 1-5 in their last 6 games.  They have only lost two games by more than a touchdown while two others would have pushed with the 7 point line being applied to Sunday’s game.  If you are going to wager money on the Lions spread, try to get the -6.5 point line if possible

The Panthers have only played on the road twice in the last 8 games.  They are 1-5 Against The Spread in their last 6 road games.

An absolutely glowing stat we love in favor of the Lions is that they are 10-2 ATS in their last 12 games following a SU loss of more than 14 points.

The Lions are also 11-4-1 ATS in their last 16 vs. NFC.

With questionable defenses, especially on Carolina’s side, the number that really jumps out is the 47.5 total.

The Over is 7-1 in the Panthers last 8 games as a road underdog of 3.5-10.0.

The Over is 9-1 in the Lions last 10 games after allowing less than 150 yards passing in their previous game and 6-1 in Lions last 7 games following an ATS loss.  The observation here is that Detroit tends to come out more vigorously in terms of scoring following a disappointing performance the week before.

While Detroit is 5-1 in their last 6 home games, those were against winning teams that included San Francisco, Atlanta and Chicago.  Detroit scored, in no particular order, 23 points, 24 points and 25 points apiece.  They can probably score at least 10 additional points or 35 to get this within the current total all by themselves in our opinion.

Go with the OVER 47.5 in this game
