The two top teams in the Pac-10 get together on Saturday when #21 California visits #7 USC. The Trojans have won a share of the last six Pac-10 titles. Since getting upset by Oregon State, the Trojans have rolled over opponents including shutting out three of the last four. Nate is a veteran. He's been in a lot of games. Sure, coming off the bench is a bit new for him, but it was no big deal." The Bears will probably have trouble regardless of who starts at quarterback against a USC defense that ranks first in the country in total defense. Last year the Trojans won 24-17 over California and they have won four straight in the series overall.
