Ivey has mostly been out of sight since the online poker room he represented, Full Tilt Poker, went under last summer.  He has also been embroiled in a high profile nasty divorce battle.

Other high profile poker pros still remaining included Minh Nguyen (eighth, 992,000) and Lee Nelson (10th, 878,000).

On top was Daniel Idema, a Vancouver-based player who has won over a million dollars on the live poker circuit to date.  Idema has two 1st place finishes where he won over $300,000 in both.  These included the British Columbia Poker Championship Event #4 – No Limit Hold’em Championship in 2007 where he took home $330,070.  This year, he won $376,642 at event #4 of the World Series of Poker No Limit Hold’em Championship.  Idema also enjoyed a #2 at last year’s WSOP Event #29 Limit Hold’em Championship.
