A player, who is being identified as Carter M. in order to protect him from family members and friends looking to borrow money, managed to hit $23,000 yesterday on BetDSI.com’s Progressive Caribbean Stud Poker Jackpot.

He only played $4 total on 7 hands before cashing in for the $23,000. 

Caribbean Stud poker is a casino table game with rules similar to five-card stud poker. However, unlike standard poker games, Caribbean stud is played against the house rather than against other players. There is no bluffing or other deception.

It is a relatively new game, invented by David Sklansky in 1982.  The game has since become quite popular online.
