Kentucky comes into this game ranked number one with a single loss.  Florida is the only thing standing in the way, ranked number thirteen.

With a victory Sunday in Gainesville, the Wildcats would become just the third team since 1956 to go unbeaten in Southeastern Conference play.

"It means we're one step closer to the goals we set," forward Terrence Jones said. "It's a special thing to happen and I think this is a special team with a lot of great players. I think it just shows how much hard work we've been putting into every practice, executing each game plan and just listening to coach and doing everything he says."

Kentucky (29-1, 15-0) is the only SEC program to accomplish league perfection since Alabama in 1956.

The Gators, who are 14-1 at home this season, have never hosted a No. 1 team at the O'Connell Center.  They are 0-8 all-time against top-ranked Kentucky teams.
