The Lehigh-Xavier line has opened at Xavier -2.5 following Lehigh’s shocking upset of number two seed Duke Friday night while the Norfolk State-Florida line was much larger at -15 following the Spartans own upset against number two seed Missouri.  All NCAA Basketball Tournament odds can be found at Bookmaker.eu here.  Be sure to claim up to $500 in FREE CASH when you open an online betting account today.

Xavier pulled one off of its own, beating the number 7 seed Notre Dame.  Florida’s win over Virginia wasn’t necessarily an upset but the Gators absolutely dominated, winning 71-45.

Lehigh covering the spread should not have been any big surprise as they currently enjoy a 14-1 ATS record.  Winning the game against Duke outright is a totally different story.

"It means a lot as a team, a family and as the Patriot League in general," said Lehigh’s C.J. McCollum, who scored 30 points. "We wanted to come out here and protect this team and this family, get the win and we did that tonight."

The Mountain Hawks are only the sixth 15 seed overall to beat the number two seed at the start of March Madness. Norfolk State edged Missouri 86-84 in the West Regional earlier in the day while the number 13 seed Ohio managed to beat Michigan.  The sound of brackets busting could be heard across the USA following a relatively tame Thursday in terms of upsets (VCU, Colorado and, to some extent, Iowa State, were lone exceptions).

Norfolk State managed to knock off mighty Mizzou with an 86-84 victory.  Missouri’s Phil Pressey missed a three-pointer in the final seconds to seal the deal for Norfolk State.

"We messed up some brackets! We messed up some brackets!" Norfolk State’s Kyle O’Quinn Shouted to reporters. "We even messed up my bracket," he said sheepishly.

Norfolk State is 6-1 Against The Spread in all games this season.  Florida is 57-32 in all tournament games since 1997.

Watch that OVER 141 as Florida tends to be an OVER team.  The have gone OVER the total 11 of 14 games in all tournaments during the past three seasons.

DR Congo has 1 point and likely needs a win to have a realistic shot at advancing as a third-place team. Uzbekistan has 0 points and must win to stay alive. A draw probably eliminates Uzbekistan and likely does very little for DR Congo.
