Odds of an All Manning Super Bowl in 2013 Pay 30 to 1

Carrie Stroup here and Sportsbook.com has released odds of 30/1 there will be an “All Manning” Super Bowl in 2013 (go here now to bet).

It is a strongly held belief that, one of the reasons Peyton Manning elected to sign with an AFC team is to ensure he can go up against his brother, Eli, in a Super Bowl.

Obviously, there are no assurances that either brother will make it to a Super Bowl again, never mind playing each other.  The odds of this NOT happening were listed at 1/50.

Peyton Manning ‪signed a five-year, $96 million deal with the Denver Broncos on Tuesday.  Denver went from having 25/1 odds of winning the 2013 Super Bowl to 10/1 to now 7/1 in a matter of just 48 hours.

Eli Manning helped his Giants win another Super Bowl in 2012.  The oddsmakers doubt this will happen again in 2013, assigning New York with 15/1 odds.

The head coach search has become somewhat clouded in Jacksonville and Las Vegas considering one dismissed its GM yesterday and the other hired a GM on Wednesday. Both potentially open the door for Liam Coen should he not sign extension with the Bucs.
