Kentucky Derby 2012 Payouts Odds

Not all online racebooks are offering the same Kentucky Derby payouts odds.  Gambling911.com takes a look at each of its endorsed racebooks to determine who in fact had the best payout possibilities in 2012 for each of the 20 contenders.

Bodemeister – Typically with the Derby favorite we will see about a half point to one point difference in the odds.  This is the case with Bodemeister where the payout would be $450 for every $100 bet or $45 for every $10 bet at BetDSI.com, a racebook that has been online since 1997.  Elsewhere, the odds were 4/1. 

Prospective pays $33 for every $10 bet at BetDSI.com compared to $30 at most other books, so there is definitely some great value betting this horse at BetDSI.com. 

Union Rags was listed at 9/2 odds for a payout of $9 on every $2 bet at Sportsbook, which has also been online since 1997. Other racebooks were offering payouts of $8 on a $2 wager. 

Alpha’s odds were also best at Sportsbook, where the payout would be $1500 for every $100 bet compared to $1000 elsewhere. 

Creative Cause pays around $1200 at Sportsbook whereas the payout would be as low as $650 at some books.

Daddy Knows Best pays $1700 for every $100 bet at BetDSI.com compared to $1500 elsewhere. 

Daddy Long Legs pays $3000 for every $100 or $30 for every $10 bet at BetDSI.com.

Dullahan would pay out $800 for every $100 bet at BetDSI.com. 

Take Charge Indy pays $1200 for every $100 bet at BetDSI.com whereby other books offered odds of 10/1. 

El Padrino pays 20 to 1 odds at Belmont.com, an online racebook that has been in business for almost 15 years now.  That is a $2000 payout on a $100 bet compared to $1300 at some books.

Done Talking would result in $50 paid out on every $10 bet at Belmont.com compared to $35 at some books. 

Gemologist pays $600 for every $100 bet across the board.

I’ll Have Another would pay $1200 for every $100 bet at Belmont.com compared to $800 elsewhere. 

Sabercat pays $30 for every $10 bet at Belmont.

Liaison, My Adonis (the alternate), Trinniberg, Rousing Sermon and Optimizer all pay $50 for every $10 bet or $5000 for every $100 bet at Sportsbook.  We’ve seen prices as low as $25 at some books.
