The Revolution Gaming Network entered the online poker industry last week with a bang, offering 36 percent rakeback and now comes word rakeback will be paid hourly at rooms such as Lock and Cake.

Revolution debuted following Lock Poker’s acquisition of the Cake Poker Network.  Cake itself remains a pivotal skin on the network and still features its own brand of casino games.

Lock left the Merge Network on Thursday of last week, taking with it what many believe will be around 32 percent of Merge’s customer base.  Preliminary forecasts suggest that Merge will be able to maintain around a 300 average player cushion between it and Revolution throughout the month of June.   Revolution is expected to hover between the number 10 and 11 spot of most trafficked online poker rooms while Merge could retain its number 8 spot.

Revolution officially bypassed Bodog Poker during the early morning hours of Tuesday May 5 to become the 2nd largest US-facing online poker venture.  It is estimated Revolution will catapult over PeoplesNetwork.it shortly after Midnight.

The Revolution Gaming Network is offering a new player bonus of 200% on deposits up to $2k.
