Information related to a class action suit against Full Tilt Poker (lead plaintiff Judy Fahrner) was presented by the Courthouse News Service. This complaint was filed out of St. Claire County Court, Illinois.
The complaint alleges that Full Tilt Poker companies took more than $443.8 million from players' accounts from April 2007 to April 2011
"The deposited funds were fraudulently commingled with Full Tilt's operational funds and dispersed to individual defendants," the complaint states. "Upon information and belief, Full Tilt's Board of Directors distributed approximately $443,860,529.89 to themselves and other owners between April, 2007 and April, 2011."
