Some pundits have gone as far as to predict Buffalo will finish 2nd in the AFC East in 2012. Their odds of winning with 7/1, however, New England is seen as almost a “sure thing” to win the AFC East at -500 or 1/5 odds.

In fact, Buffalo has an opportunity to go on an absolute tear the final 7 weeks of 2012 with St. Louis and Seattle potentially playing under especially frigid conditions. Miami may already be out of the running by Week 16.
