Poker Pros Matt Marafioti and Jonathan Aguiar Fight at WPT Legends: Security Dispatched
A near fist fight broke out this afternoon at the WPT Legends event between two controversial poker pros, Matt Marafioti and Jonathan “ADZ” Aguiar. Both had to be escorted out of the famed Bicycle Casino in Bell Gardens, California just as the event was getting underway this August 24.

David “Doc” Sands was breaking the news of the fight via his Twitter page.
Jon is now back at his table. Told me, "ADZ shoved me in the chest." Matt still back w security. Jon has no markings but is visibly shaken
The word around poker room is that ADZ and Aguiar just got in a fist fight and both were escorted from casino. Wow! Tilted I missed it.
Will try to get info and video and share with you asap. In other, less exciting news I have 35k

The more info I get the more soft the altercation appears. Bunch of shoving and shouting but no punches landed. I know, I'm disappointed too
Sounds like the floor staff is discussing an ADZ lifetime ban. That's all the info I have for now - sorry boys and girls.
Aguiar was accused of lacking table manners at this year’s World Series of Poker $1500 pot-limit hold’em event. Tweets made by WSOP administrator Seth Palansky lashing out at Aguiar resulted in Palansky’s discharge from overseeing said Twitter account.
Shortly thereafter, Marafioti went on a Twitter rampage of his own, using the social media site as a means to attack his ex girlfriend, poker player Lauren Kling, accusing her of being a “cheating whore”. Gambling911.com referred to the event at the time as an “Epic Twitter Meltdown”.
Marafioti is currently embroiled in an alleged online poker account hacking scandal with ties to a Swedish motorcycle gang and murder (if we really want to stretch things a bit).
