Former US President Clinton Makes $100 Ryder Cup Bet

It may be illegal to bet on sports anywhere in the US except for the state of Nevada but don’t tell that to former US President Bill Clinton.

BetOnline

During an interview with CNN’s Piers Morgan Tuesday night, Mr. Clinton took the British host up on his offer to place a $100 bet on the upcoming Ryder Cup.

But in true Clinton fashion, the former President stipulated that whomever wins would donate that money to the charity of their choice (we know where the President’s money is going…hint hint here)

And needless-to-say, we know who Clinton is betting.  Go Team USA!

Europe, Pier’s choice, was listed as the -130 favorite.  Team USA was at EVEN odds at BetOnline.

Now as far as the Presidential odds go, Bill Clinton may not be betting his own money – at least not on live television – but he was pretty emphatic that President Barack Obama would ultimately win.  He’s currently between 1/3 and 1/4 odds to do so

Oregon's only regulated sportsbook is Draftkings as the official sports betting partner of the Oregon Lottery.  But there are still options for betting with Bitcoin and wagering on college sports, something you can't do with DraftKings here.
