Colbert, 32, was one of 25 individuals charged with conspiracy, money laundering and enterprise corruption in connection with a $50 million sports betting enterprise with ties to Pinnacle Sports in Curacao.

Colbert is scheduled to appear Monday in Las Vegas Justice Court.

On Thursday night it was revealed that Cantor Gaming was under investigation by the Nevada Gaming Control Board in an effort to determine if Colbert’s alleged illegal activities extended deeper into the operations of Cantor.

Cantor Gaming is an affiliate of New York-based brokerage firm Cantor Fitzgerald that runs seven Las Vegas sportsbooks including those at the Hard Rock, Palms, M Resort,  The Venetian, Cosmopolitan, Palazzo and Tropicana.
