"No. Never," Te'o said during the 2½-hour interview in response to whether he had perpetrated the hoax. "I wasn't faking it. I wasn't part of this.

"Two guys and a girl are responsible for the whole thing," Te'o said. Asked who they are, he said: "I don't know. According to Ronaiah, Ronaiah's one."
Te'o said he didn't know for sure that "Lennay Kekua" never existed until Wednesday, when a Ronaiah Tuiasosopo called Te'o and admitted he was behind the hoax.

BetOnline began offering odds on Manti Te’o being selected number one in the NFL Draft this past Thursday with action brisk.

“Both sides are getting some decent action but most of the money is on Te’o slipping out of the first round which I’m surprised by,” said Mason.

The Notre Dame linebacker helped lead his team into the NCAA title game against Alabama.
