ESPN reporter Darren Rovell was an avid tweeter back when he was at CNBC until last year. Now that he’s at ESPN, Rovell has been tweeting like a madman. Gambling911.com follows Rovell. He’s one of our Twitter favs.
BetOnline was offering odds on the OVER/UNDER number of tweets Rovell makes on Super Bowl Sunday with a number that comes out to 104.5 (how they came up with this one is anybody’s guess).
Obviously, the fix will be in should BetOnline discover some unusual betting patterns from – say – the ESPN offices.
As a CNBC analyst, Rovell regularly covered the sports betting sector so we are confident he will stumble upon this bet offering (maybe a la Bing News or Twitter).
