We like Boston +106.

While Boston has only won 3 of the past 10 in this series, Jon Lester is an impressive 14-1 when starting against Baltimore with an ERA of 2.63 and a WHIP of 1.290.  His team's record is 16-5 in these starts.

While Lester hasn’t played well of late, Baltimore might offer the perfect medicine.

This is a small play as Baltimore has been playing well against Boston of late and both the team and pitcher trends currently favor the Orioles.  We just can’t get away from Lester’s solid performance against Baltimore overall and, hence, at the +106 number we do like the Red Sox in this position.
