Kansas City chiefs 2013 AFC West Division Odds to Win
The Kansas City Chiefs 2013 AFC West Division odds to win were listed at 7/1 despite the additon of Alex Smith as starting quarterback and Andy Reid as the new head coach. These odds were available at AceSportsbook.com, where you can claim your FREE CASH here.
While the Chiefs should improve (how can’t they after winning just two games last season), division rival Denver Broncos have the upper hand here and were a huge favorite to win the AFC West.
The very hands-on Reid brought in an entirely new coaching staff and essentially cleaned house following the departure of general manager Scott Pioli.
The Chiefs also got number 1 overall offensive tackle Eric Fisher.
The oddsmakers are fairly confident Kansas City will win at least 7 games, with the OVER/UNDER set at 7.5.
Looking at the 2013 regular season schedule it is easy to see the Chiefs making some solid headway.
They kick off the season in Jacksonville, host a suspect Dallas team, then off to Philadelphia for Reid’s homecoming.
Four of the next six games are against teams that played under .500 football last year including Tennessee, Oakland, Cleveland and Buffalo.
The Chiefs have their bye week on November 10. Their schedule gets a bit rougher beyond that point with two meetings against Denver, two against San Diego, a game on the road in Washington and a game at home against Indianapolis.
