Note that this game was off the board at times as we await the decision to be handed down regarding Aggies star Johnny Manziel.  The NCAA is investigating whether he was paid for signing hundreds of autographs on photos and sports memorabilia.  Carbon Sports did have the -26.5 number up at the time this was going to publication and we suggest jumping on it now, but side with Rice +26.5!!!

That's because the Owls enjoyed their best College Football season in five years.

Only nine of last year's players have departed so there is little reason to believe this Rice team will come unraveled in 2013. 

Let’s face it, if you can get the -26.5 and, especially if Manziel is not playing for Texas A&M (but even if he is), Rice should be able to cover this number.  With out Manziel this number will drop, so lock it in now.
