One of Latin America’s top poker players, Leo Fernandez, has been suspended from the Team PokerStars roster until the conclusion of an investigation.  Fernandez is alleged to have violated Latin American Poker Tour terms and conditions.  The violation in question was not immediately specified as of press time late Thursday.

"Leo made a big mistake that we didn't agree and of which we cannot speak right now," said Reinaldo Venegas, a PokerStars representative.

Fernandez’s only win on the live tournament circuit came at the LAPT Panama Main Event last year where he walked away with $171,930.

Overall, the Argentine pro has 24 cashes and has won close to $1.5 million during his poker career.
